Social activities
Members enjoy a wide variety of social events. Some of these are organised within our own Club whilst others are organised by other Rotary and Rotaract Clubs. Examples include:
Walks eg a stroll around White Horse Hill (via a pub)
Pub nights including Skittles or Aunt Sally
Trips to the cinema, and theatre.
Other clubs' events eg Dinner & Dance nights, or perhaps a ‘Murder Mystery’ evening
Conferences
Other events are organised throughout the year at the suggestion of members. These include such things as a Games evening and a visit to Bletchley Park museum, as well as various birthday parties. Future events are regularly added to the Club Calendar, taking into account activities of other Clubs, to ensure a good spread of options for all members to enjoy. Suggestions for social activities are always welcomed, as the Club aims to organise events on a monthly basis.
