We are a relatively small Rotary club but we are keen to support local, national and international charities, voluntary groups and not for profit organisations both with cash donations and with practical support. One way in which our club can hear about groups that we may like to support, is by a representative giving us a presentation at one of our meetings.
There would normally be about 20 members at a meeting: we have a short business meeting, followed by dinner and then a guest speaker will give a presentation for 20 minutes or so. We do have a projector and screen but slides or photos are not essential. Guest speakers have the opportunity to speak to members over a drink and during dinner and then also to give a presentation.

- The name of your organisation and website address if you have one
- When you would be available to visit us
- Any current or recent events or campaigns that you would like to tell us about
- Any information that you can provide on how your organisation is funded, its annual income, how funds are used
